to 8.25 tonnes. Post 1997 Car drivers restricted
to 3.5 tonnes.

licence will enable you to drive any rigid
vehicle regardless of axles or weight. Training
courses range from 1 to 6 days dependant
on any previous driving experience, an assessment
drive is available to determine your exact
requirements; ‘C’ provisional
entitlement is required |

new Driver “CPC” comes into force
in the UK and across all EU member states from September
2008 for PCV drivers and September 2009 for all LGV drivers.
And thereafter will require 35 hours compulsory refresher
training every five years to keep the entitlement. More

Category C+E is needed to drive an articulated
or draw bar vehicle There is no time delay
between passing the ‘C’ test
and Taking ‘C+E’. Courses range
from 1 to 8 days dependant on any previous
experience, an assessment drive is available
to determine your exact requirements; we
operate full size 44 tonne Leyland DAF Artic
vehicles. Full category ‘C’
licence is required with ‘C+E provisional’
entitlement
