Regulations 1998 (LOLER) the Motor Vehicles (Construction
& Use) Regulations 1986 and
(Lifting equipment includes any equipment used at work
for lifting or lowering loads, including attachments
i.e. Hook, Bucket, and many more..)
The Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 1992.
